Shipping and Returns


Paypal and Amazon payments are preferred for traditional payments.


All USA orders are shipped at a flat rate of $4.50 using USPS, UPS, FEDEX or another carrier of our choice.  Expedited shipping is currently not available but we will be offering at a later time.   All orders above $35 will be eligible for FREE Shipping and at checkout it will automatically be recalculated.

For international orders shipping cost will be US$39.99 per package and will be shipped via USPS international priority mail or any international carrier of our choice.  Shipping times may vary due to customs requirements and clearance.

For your convenience and security we use Amazon Payments or Paypal at checkout.  Simply sign on to either of your accounts and select the payment type.

Return Policy:

All return eligible products must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase.  Customers must request a Return Authorization Number by emailing us at,  All return items must be in original new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled, unstained condition or there will be no refund, store credit or exchange and a 20% restocking fee maybe be charged if we deem necessary.   All sale and clearance items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  No cash refunds will be made.  Only store credits will be given for all items eligible for returns.

Items not eligible to be returned : Stockings, Body stockings, Pasties, Pantyhose, Panties, Price Reduced and or Clearance /Final Sales items.  This is due to federal laws and for the health of our customers and staff, we are unable to issue refunds on opened panties or items that cover the crotch area.

When you receive your order please immediately try on the main portion of your item to ensure proper fit. Please do not try on any panties, stockings, or accessories until you know the main item fits properly.

In a rare occasion that defective merchandise was shipped to you.  You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. After 48 hours we will not accept your claim.  All exchange will be charged $6.50 for shipping fee

We reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who makes excessive returns and exchanges according to our records.

Holiday Policies:

Halloween items purchased during the months of September and October can be returned for store credit only.  Store Credit will not be available until your return is completely processed and can be applied to any product we carry.  However Store Credit cannot be applied to an existing order but be used at the time of new purchase.
